Mrs. Cline lives on this beautiful corner lot in the The Pinnacle subdivision in New Braunfels, Texas. She was looking for someone to replace her roof and she knew just the right people to call. We started this project by tearing off the old roof and inspecting the roof deck. Fortunately, we found no rotten plywood so we started to lay our ice and water shield and underlayment. Next we installed the shingles and and she decided to go back with almost the exact same color she had before. Now that this home has a new roof Mrs. Cline can be certain that she will stay dry and safe all year round for many years.
We love hearing from prospective customers, especially when we can quickly address their roofing concerns and provide peace of mind. That's exactly what happened recently when a homeowner contacted us about some damage he had noticed on his roof.
Our team promptly scheduled a visit to his property. Understanding the importance of a thorough assessment, we carefully climbed onto the roof and meticulously inspected the areas of concern. We took the time to identify the extent of the damage and any potential underlying issues.
Following our inspection, we provided the homeowner with a clear and transparent quote for the necessary repairs. We were thrilled when he accepted our proposal!
Our skilled roofing crew got to work quickly and efficiently. We not only replaced the damaged shingles, restoring the integrity and appearance of his roof, but we also took the extra steps to ensure its long-term performance. This included renailing existing shingles for added stability and expertly caulking around any lifted vent covers to prevent future leaks.
The result? A beautifully repaired and more secure roof, and another delighted homeowner!
Brand new galvalume standing seam roof for this amazing home off of Lake Dunlap!
Homeowner wanted to upgrade his 3-tab roof to a architectural/laminate shingle. They decided on the beautiful color Atlantic Blue!
Harry and Delia have lived in the same home in new Braunfels for 25+ years. They had repaired their roof a handful of times throughout the years, but knew it was time to get it replaced. They had multiple roofers come out to inspect the property and provide an estimate to replace the roof.
Josh, sale representative and Co-owner of KRS of Texas Hill Country, went out to visit with them and did a thorough inspection. Come to find out, Josh was the only roofing company who got into the attic and found that their bathroom vents were venting directly into their attic… this gave Harry and Delia all the confidence they needed to choose Klaus Roofing Systems of Texas Hill Country as their roofer for life.
