My travel plans prevented an immediate repair, but Joe, the roof technician, was able to inspect the problem and apply a temporary seal until I returned. Once I was back, they promptly completed the repair. I really appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to work around my schedule. Dependable, punctual, flexible, polite, helpful, and trustworthy are all words I would use to describe Klaus Roofing.
