Excellent experience! Inspector came out and walked the roof and used a cool drone to document the damage and explained my options. They worked around my schedule and keep me updated. Gavin was the inspector and onsite the whole time. He showed me damage that wasn’t visible until the old roof was removed and explained what caused it. Most of which was caused by short cuts by previous roofers. The roofing crew was detailed oriented and put huge tarps around the house to catch all the debris. They took pictures before hand to aid in putting the plants and what not back where they were. They were very polite and respectful. Gavin was very professional and a pleasure to work with. If I ever need another roof, Klaus Roofing will be the first company I call!
