This home had an old roof that needed replacing after a recent hail storm. The owner was looking for someone who would do the job the right the first time. We installed ice and water on all the low slope portions of the roof as well as in the valleys and around all penetrations.

Part of our re roofing process is tearing the old roof all the way off down to the decking. This allows us to inspect the foundation of what the roof is being built on.
